What does this Privacy Policy Cover?

Uclusion may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Laws, regulations, and industry standards evolve, which may make those changes necessary. We will post the changes to this page and encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to stay informed. If we make changes that materially alter our practices or your privacy rights, we will do our best to alert you to changes by placing a notice in the Uclusion app, by sending you an email, and/or by some other means.

If you use the Service after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes. Use of information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected.

What Personal Data does Uclusion Collect?

The following chart details the categories of Personal Data that we collect. Categories and/or specific examples of Personal Data listed below that are considered “sensitive” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”) are denoted with an asterisk. Throughout this Privacy Policy, we will refer back to these categories of Personal Data.

  • Personal identifiers (including in connection with building Profiles) Name, email address, address, phone number, IP address, username/password*, social media profile IDs/links.

  • Customer records identified by state law (including the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e))) Name, phone number, employment history, credit card type, credit card number, credit card expiration month/year, CVC code.

  • Internet or other similar network activity information. Application usage, browser/platform/device used, approximate location derived from IP address, location data (city, country, state).

  • Account access credentials*

  • Personal Data a user chooses to enter into a free text field within the Service. Any Personal Data a user chooses to provide.

  • Limited access additionally granted to Third Party services like Slack.

We seek to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use and disclosure using appropriate physical, technical, organizational and administrative security measures based on the type of Personal Data and how we are processing that data.

You should also help protect your data by appropriately selecting and protecting your password and/or other sign-on mechanism; limiting access to your computer or device and browser. Although we work to protect the privacy of your account and other Personal Data that we hold in our records, no security system is impenetrable, and unanticipated system failures or the efforts of malicious actors are an unfortunate reality on the Internet. Therefore, Uclusion cannot guarantee that Personal Data during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others.

We retain Personal Data about you unless specifically requested to delete the data. Even then some Content may have been shared with other users who are not requesting deletion.

Personal Data Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the rights outlined in this section. Please see the “Exercising Your Rights” section below for instructions regarding how to exercise these rights. If there are any conflicts between this section and any other provision of this Privacy Policy and you are a California resident, the portion that is more protective of Personal Data shall control to the extent of such conflict.   • categories of Personal Data we have collected, disclosed for a business purpose such as shared infrastructure;

  • the business or commercial purposes for collecting, and/or sharing Personal Data;
  • categories of third parties to whom the Personal Data was disclosed for a business purpose; and specific pieces of Personal Data we have collected.

Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Data that we have collected from you. This right is subject to certain exceptions: for example, we may need to retain your Personal Data to provide you or others with the Service or complete a transaction or other action you have requested. If your deletion request is subject to one of these exceptions, we may deny your deletion request.
