Assigning

Assigning a job in Uclusion means it shows up in the swimlane of the assignee, only an assignee can accept the job, and the assignee will receive a notification to accept or reject the assignment.

Assignees are automatically notified of job changes and must provide progress reports or an estimated completion date in the Accepted stage.

Tasks within a job do not have individual assignees. All tracking happens at the job level so tasks are just the responsibility of all assignees.

Collaborators

Everyone who votes on a job or creates a comment within it is a collaborator on that task. Collaborators from outside the job’s group can also be added and will receive notifications.
