Bugs provide a way to broadcast small things that need doing.
Notification Levels

Clicking on a bug’s row expands to show all details and replies. To move more than one bug at a time select their rows
and use the eject icon to convert the bugs to a new or existing job’s tasks.
An AI agent does the same kind of conversion automatically when it needs a question with answer options before
working a bug: ask_question creates a human-owned Bugs job in the same view, moves the original bug and its
thread into the job as a task, and asks the optioned question there. A request for open-ended details does not
convert the bug; it remains a reply on the bug.
