Collaboration is better with a product that formerly supports approvals, questions / options, suggestions, reviews, estimates, and blockers.
Autonomous mode
Choosing autonomous during workspace or view creation results in a default view or view where some of Uclusion’s collaboration features are hidden.

These features will be restored if a second person is added to the view or the autonomous setting is disabled on the view.
Intra-team collaboration
Invite the team to a workspace and have everyone subscribe to a view. If necessary create other views to break out collaboration. Built in workflows create notifications that are backed by wizards to guide the team on what they need to do next to help each other.
Customer collaboration
By creating a new workspace and inviting a customer to it

you now very easily have a private collaboration space that is much better than email, chat, or comments inside a ticket.
