Collaboration is better with a product that formerly supports approvals, questions / options, suggestions, reviews, estimates, and blockers.
Intra-team collaboration
Invite the organization to a single workspace and use the default ‘Everyone’ view for collaboration. If necessary create views within that workspace to break out collaboration of smaller teams. Built in workflows create notifications that are backed by wizards to guide the team on what they need to do next to help each other.
Customer collaboration
By creating a new workspace and inviting a customer to it

you now very easily have a private collaboration space that is much better than email, chat, or comments inside a ticket.
Single person mode
One of the steps in workspace creation has single person mode as an option:

If you choose single person mode then many of Uclusion’s collaboration features are hidden. These features will be restored if a second person is added to the workspace.
