Swimlanes

Swimlanes provide full at a glance context for a collaborator’s work in a group. This includes counts of mentions and required approvals and reviews that have not been resolved next to the collaborator’s name.

You can also see jobs that need assistance. Unassigned jobs are in the backlog section accessible from the group page’s tabs.

Configuring a stage

Some stage configuration is available from the workspace settings accessible from the workspace dropdown.

These options include how long a jobs stays in the swimlanes Tasks Complete column and how long a job approval remains before expiring.
