Overview

Your inbox shows you everything you need to do across all workspaces and groups.

Uclusion works by smartly generating notifications and equally smartly removing them if and only if they are no longer important. You inbox shows you all of these notifications and opening a row gives you details of the action to be performed.

Inbox

The types of communication in the inbox are primary, snoozed and from you where primary are unread or assigned to you, snoozed are notifications you have dismissed but Uclusion brings back to primary in a day and from you shows all outstanding questions etc. you have created.

Examples that create inbox contents

Assistance Needed stage

Assistance Needed is a special stage that a job automatically moves into when a blocking, question or suggestion comment is created in certain stages. For instance a blocking type comment moves an assigned job into assistance need and resolving that issue moves it back.

Blocking Issue

The blocking comment’s notifications will also be removed on resolving the issue.

Assigned stage

A job that is moved into Assigned will send out notifications to the group to approve the job.

Approval

Approval in Uclusion comes with a certainty score and if a job is not begun then eventually the approval expires.

Bugs

You can create a bug in a group instead of a backlog job.

Bugs

Critical bugs send notifications that cannot be dismissed and multiple bugs can be moved into a single job where they become tasks.
